Bath & Body Works Opens Store With Sinks, Customers Wash Hands Of Whole Thing
The retailer's new concept store has a perfume bar, a quiz and sinks. Mostly the sinks.

CHARLOTTE, N.C.—Bath & Body Works opened the first store in its new "Feel Good" concept, with an Eau de Parfum bar, a fragrance-finder quiz and sink stations for trying products, and stores in Miami and Columbus are planned next.
Shoppers said the sinks were a revelation. "I came in for a candle and washed my hands nine times," said one visitor. "I have never been this clean or this confused about what I came for."

Staff said the fragrance quiz asks about mood, season and personal values, and recommends "Champagne Toast" to everyone, which shoppers called accurate.
The Daily SKU is satire. Headlines and stories riff on real e-commerce, CPG and retail news, but the people, quotes, studies, surveys and most numbers are invented. No real person’s words are made up here. Each article ends with a factual “The Real Story” box and a “Riffing on” line linking the genuine reporting. Not investment advice. Not any kind of advice.
