Based on real news: WinCo Foods names next CEO (Grocery Dive)

BOISE, Idaho—WinCo Foods named chief merchandising officer Nathan Tucker its next leader, Grocery Dive reported. He becomes president Jan. 1, 2027 and CEO May 1, succeeding Grant Haag, who retires after 42 years. Tucker joined in 2013 as an assistant store manager. The employee-owned chain runs 147 stores in 10 states.
A fictional mop from Tucker's first store, now retired to a utility closet (Aisle 1, behind the bottle return), said it remembers him as "thorough in the corners."

"Thorough in the corners."
The mop has asked for nothing. It has been given a new bucket anyway.
